Dolvi Coke Projects, a subsidiary of JSW Group, is setting up a coke oven plant at Salav, Raigad. The proposed plant will generate Coke Oven Gas, which will be used as a substitute of Natural Gas, along with coke and by-products, like benzol, sulphur etc. As of January 2015, company has approached MoEF for environmental clearance for the plant.
