Paras Power & Coal Beneficiation is planning to set up a 0.96 MTPA wet type Coal washery at Ghutku Village, Takhatpur Tehsil, Bilaspur District. Proposed coal will comprise of coal crushing and screening and washing of coal to produce clean coal with low ash, appropriately sized and a middling fraction by treating the raised coals from the mine. As of January 2016, environment clearance for the project is underway.
