Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai is planning to set up a 215 MLD waste water treatment facility at Bhandup in Mumbai. As of June 2016, Municipal Corporation has invited bids for design, construction, operation & maintenance of the treatment plant in Mumbai on lump sum basis. The project is scheduled to be completed in 36 months.
