National Highways Authority of India is planning to take up six laning from km 287.400 to km 401.200 section of NH-8 in the states of Rajasthan & Gujarat (approx length of 113.800 km). The project is estimated to cost Rs.12440 million. As of June 2016, NHAI has invited bids for executing the project on DBFOT (Toll), under NHDP Phase-V (Package-V).
